Do you just want to know more about your breathing pattern or regulate your nervous system or how to amp up or calm down without drugs?
Mechanics, frequency and volume will give you agency with your breathing and heart. When you’re stressed or when life events throw you, you’ll be able to find your metabolic steering wheel.

With a few minutes of practice every day, you can relax more easily or amp up when you want. Your breathing pattern is autonomic, but it is trainable.
