- Session Two—More body wisdom awareness, and evaluate results from practices and bodywork. Ready for another new habit or two?
- Session Three—Feedback on your progress. Deeper relaxation and next steps. Evolve your choices? What would be beyond your expectations for energy level, ease, self knowing what to do? Know that your health affects those around you. What are your next areas for evolution?

- Stress. What are the signs and symptoms of your stress? Learn practices to balance yourself when stressed.
- Move Your Lungs Breathing Mechanics. Help your health with your breathing pattern for blood pressure, pneumonia, flu, asthma, COPD, disturbed sleep, inflammation, or anxiety.
- New Biology Approach. What is your body telling you? When did the issue start? Injury? Poisoning? Starving for nutrients, love, hydration? Waste not released? Suffering from a diagnosis or unhealthy thinking and emotions? Remove the cause for your body’s response. Reveal the story or habit that sparked the health issues. Engage your agency.
